Features
MATERIAL – The Housing, door, and visor are injection molded of ultraviolet stabilized, pre-colored opaque polycarbonate.
HOUSING – One piece unit with serrations in 5° increments at each end. Each housing has provisions for mounting two terminal blocks and attaching backplates. Housing maybe fastened together to make multi-section signals. The 8’’ and 12’’ housings can be intermixed to form combination signals.
DOOR – One piece polycarbonate unit equipped with stainless steel hinge pins. Stainless steel thumbscrews hold the door against the housing.
VISOR – The removable twist – on visor is secured to the door with stainless steel hardware. Cut-away, tunnel, and full circle visors are available.
REFLECTOR – A separately hinged “ALZAK” reflector is standard. Glass is also available.
LENS – Conforms to ITE specifications. The standard lens is polycarbonate capable of withstanding illumination by a standard traffic signal lamp without physical distortion. A glass lens is also available.
LENS GASKET – A molded one piece gasket is used to seal the lens to the reflector and door to form a sealed unit.
LAMP SOCKET – Insulated pre-focused and may be rotated for positioning the lamp filament without using tools.
POSITIVE POSITIONING – positive positioning and locking is achieved through the use of serrated brackets, mastam or span wire fittings.

REFLECTOR HOLDER DOOR – Deep base polycarbonate reflector housing gasketed to provide completely dust free unit.
LENS – Polycarbonate lens with completely opaque background.
LAMP SOCKET – Gasketed prefocused and maybe rotated for positioning the lamp filament without using tools.
POSITIVE POSITIONING – Molded serrations provide positive locking of sections or complete signal 5° increment about the vertical axis.
HINGES – Enclosed hinges provide a modern appearance – all hardware is stainless steel.
MOUNTING – Completely compatible with all standard signal hardware.

  LED's are soldered in Glass Epoxy PCB PTH double side The LED's are operated in a multi channel series/parallel matrix and are multiplexed pulse operated at high frequency, high intensity and low duty cycle to obtain maximum visible brightness at minimum POWER consumption. The electronic circuit is built in the light itself. With tinted lens for protection in a sealed beam type plastic housing

 HOW DOES IT WORKS?
  The LED KIT convinces with its bright and homogenous light distribution. The LED's are evenly Arranged and grouped in parallel chains on the LED board. In front of each led plate there is lens that protects It from outside dust. The light passes through the tinted front lens, which is precisely harmonized with the LED Wavelength. This system creates a very homogeneous lit aspect surface, and the individual LED's are no longer Perceived as dots.

Synthetic thermoplastic road marking material consists of a mixture of pigment, glass beads, binder and filler materials. The general composition is as follows. However this will be varied for different grade of materials that is to be produced.

Application
  • The thermoplastic material shall be melted down in a pre-heated boiler fitted with a mechanical strirrer to prevent overheating and discolouring.

    The temperature shall not exceed the manufacturer's specified application temperature of 200 °C for white and 180 °C for yellow. At this temperature the thermoplastic melts into the upper surface of the asphalt forming a thermal bond.

  • Application is done either by hand-propelled or self-propelled machine.

  • The surface to be applied shall be free from dirt, dust and other objectionable materials

  • During application, drop-on glass beads is applied concurrently on to the line. This will provide the line with immediate reflectivity.

    Road marking visibility at night can only be achieved by the addition of tiny solid glass beads during the application of thermoplastic line. Maximum reflectivity of individual glass beads occurs when the optimum degree of embedment is achieved. This happens when 60% of the bead is below the surface of the pavement marking materials.

Optimum retro-reflectivity requires round spheres. Non-round spheres do not reflect light efficiently but scatter it in random direction.
